"None of us are getting out of this alive"

Gregory Scott Myers, 68, an Army sergeant and veteran, retired Dallas police officer and member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elk, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, in Arlington. Memorial: 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, at DFW National Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his father, Duane Myers, and mother, Joan Senior. Survivors: Left to cherish his loving memory are his wife, Debra Myers; sister, Julie Ratley (Jim); daughters, Shannon Martin (Jeremy) and Rebecca Jobe (Patrick); stepchildren, Chris Flake (Mallori), Sean Flake and Garrett Flake. Greg was grandfather, "Paw-Paw," to many adoring grandchildren and proud great-grandfather to one.
